The P6KE200A is a 600W transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 171V and a maximum clamping voltage of 274V at a peak pulse current of 2.2A (10/1000μs waveform).
