The P6KE18ARL is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode from ON Semiconductor's P6KE6.8A series. It provides 600W peak power dissipation and protects sensitive circuits from high voltage transients with a response time of less than 1 ns. The working peak reverse voltage is 15.3 V, with a clamping voltage of 25.2 V at a peak pulse current of 24 A (8/20 µs). The device features an ESD rating of Class 3 (>16 kV) per Human Body Model and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The through-hole axial package (T-18) allows easy mounting on PCBs. Pb-free packages are available.
