The P6KE180A is a 600W unidirectional TVS diode from Taiwan Semiconductor, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 154V and a maximum clamping voltage of 246V at a peak pulse current of 2.4A (10/1000μs waveform).
The device offers a fast response time of less than 1.0 ps from 0V to breakdown voltage, making it suitable for high-speed transient protection. Typical reverse leakage current is less than 1μA at the standoff voltage. The P6KE180A is housed in a through-hole DO-15 (DO-204AC) axial lead package and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
This TVS diode is ideal for general-purpose circuit protection applications, including I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics.
The reverse standoff voltage is 154 V.
The maximum clamping voltage is 246 V.
The peak pulse power dissipation is 600 W for a 10/1000 μs waveform.
It comes in a DO-15 (DO-204AC) axial lead through-hole package.
The peak pulse current is 2.4 A for a 10/1000 μs waveform.
