The P6KE160 is a 600W peak pulse power Zener TVS diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a fast response time of less than 1ps and offers clamping voltage of 229.95V (DB value, low confidence). The device is unidirectional with one channel and is suitable for general purpose applications including I/O interfaces, VCC buses, and telecom equipment.
Packaged in a DO-204AC (DO-15) axial lead through-hole package, the P6KE160 operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
