The P6KE15C is a bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients.
It features a reverse standoff voltage of 12.8V, minimum breakdown voltage of 14.3V, and maximum clamping voltage of 22.26V. The device can handle 600W peak pulse power dissipation (10/1000µs waveform) and offers a fast response time of less than 1 ps. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
The P6KE15C is housed in a DO-204AC (DO-15) axial leaded package for through-hole mounting. It is halogen free and meets RoHS requirements. Typical applications include general purpose protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics.
