The P6KE150A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 128V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 143V. The device can clamp transient voltages up to 265V at a peak pulse current of 15A (8/20µs waveform), with a peak pulse power rating of 600W.
The TVS diode is suitable for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage spikes. It does not include power line protection. The capacitance is 400pF at 1MHz.
The P6KE150A is available in a through-hole DO-204AC (DO-15) axial leaded package. It is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected (unverified).
