The P600M is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Diotec Semiconductor, part of the P600 series designed for general purpose rectification. It is rated for an average forward rectified current of 6 A and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000 V.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1.1 V at 6 A and a typical reverse recovery time of 1500 ns. The diode can handle peak forward surge currents up to 400 A (8.3 ms) and has an i²t rating of 800 A²s. Operating junction temperature ranges from -50°C to 175°C.
