The Vishay Dale P600J-E3/73 is a general purpose plastic rectifier diode suitable for various rectification applications including power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes. It features a low forward voltage drop and low leakage current, with a high forward current capability of 6A and a high forward surge capability of 400A.
