The Vishay Dale P600B-E3/54 is a general purpose rectifier diode designed for various power supply and converter applications. It features a high forward current capability of 6A and a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V.
This diode has a low forward voltage drop of 1V at 6A and a low leakage current of 5μA at 25°C. The reverse recovery time is a typical 2.5μs, making it suitable for standard recovery applications. The junction capacitance is 150pF at 4V and 1MHz.
Constructed with a void-free molded epoxy body, the P600B-E3/54 meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating. It is designed for through-hole mounting and has matte tin plated leads solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102. The operating and storage temperature range is -50°C to 150°C.
