The P4SMAJ43A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Diotec Semiconductor. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 43 V and a maximum clamping voltage of 69.4 V, providing robust protection against overvoltage events. With a peak pulse power dissipation of 400 W (10/1000 µs waveform) and a steady state power dissipation of 1 W, it is suitable for general purpose circuit protection applications.
