The P4SMA75A is a 400W transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from the P4SMA series by Littelfuse. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 64.1V and a clamping voltage of 103V, with a breakdown voltage of 103V. Designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by lightning and other events, it delivers 400W peak pulse power capability (10/1000µs waveform).
