The P4SMA51A is a 400W peak pulse power unidirectional Zener TVS diode from Taiwan Semiconductor. It provides a clamping voltage of 70.1V and a peak pulse current capability of 6A under a 10/1000µs waveform. The device is designed for surface mount assembly in a DO-214AC (SMA) package with J-bend terminals.
This TVS diode is suitable for general purpose transient voltage suppression in applications such as I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics.
