The Littelfuse P4SMA51A is a surface mount transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W under a 10/1000μs waveform. The reverse standoff voltage is 43.6V, with a clamping voltage of 70.1V at a peak pulse current of 5.8A.
