The P4SMA39CA is a bidirectional TVS diode manufactured by Littelfuse Inc., designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients. It offers 400W peak pulse power dissipation at 10/1000µs waveform, with a maximum clamping voltage of 53.9V and peak pulse current of 7.6A.
