The P4SMA39A is a 400W surface mount TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 33.3V and a clamping voltage of 53.9V at a peak pulse current of 7.6A (10/1000µs waveform). The device offers a fast response time of less than 1.0ps and is rated for ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2.
This unidirectional Zener TVS diode is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) package suitable for surface mount assembly.
