It offers excellent clamping capability and a very fast response time, making it suitable for ICs, MOSFETs, and signal lines in consumer, computer, industrial, and telecommunication applications. The diode is available in both unidirectional and bidirectional configurations, with this specific part being bidirectional.

 

Packaged in a DO-214AC (SMA) case, it is ideal for automated placement. The molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The terminals are matte tin-plated and solderable per J-STD-002. This AEC-Q101 qualified version is suitable for automotive applications.
