The P4SMA200A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed for transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 171V and a maximum clamping voltage of 274V at 10/1000µs waveform. Peak pulse power dissipation is 400W under the same waveform.
