The P4SMA120CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W at 10/1000μs waveform and features a reverse stand-off voltage of 102V with a maximum clamping voltage of 165V at 2.5A peak pulse current.
