The P4SMA11A is a 400W peak pulse power TVS diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It is a unidirectional Zener type with a reverse standoff voltage of 9.4V and a clamping voltage of 15.6V at a peak pulse current of 26.3A (10/1000μs waveform).
