The P4SMA10A is a unidirectional TVS diode from the P4SMA series by Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients. It offers 400W peak pulse power dissipation at 10/1000µs waveform, with a clamping voltage of 14.5V at a peak pulse current of 28.3A. The reverse stand-off voltage is 8.55V, and the device features a fast response time typically less than 1 picosecond from 0V to breakdown voltage.
This TVS diode operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. It is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package with matte tin termination finish. The device is unidirectional with a single channel, uses Zener technology, and is suitable for general purpose applications such as I/O interface and VCC bus protection.
The P4SMA10A is RoHS compliant, MSL level 1, halogen-free, and lead-free. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection (30kV air/contact) and has a flammability rating of V-0 per UL-94.
