It is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 175°C and is halogen-free with a Pb-free E3 tin finish. The part meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) and is compliant with IEC 61000-4-4 for EFT protection.
