The Littelfuse P4KE440 is a 400W transient voltage suppressor diode from the P4KE series, designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by lightning, ESD, and EFT events. This unidirectional device features a reverse standoff voltage of 376V and a clamping voltage of 632.1V at a peak pulse current of 680mA under a 10/1000μs waveform.
With a fast response time of less than 1ps, the P4KE440 provides excellent clamping capability for high-speed data lines and I/O interfaces. It is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 175°C and is halogen-free with a Pb-free E3 tin finish. The part meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) and is compliant with IEC 61000-4-4 for EFT protection.
The device is supplied in a through-hole DO-204AL (DO-41) package with axial leads, suitable for general-purpose circuit protection in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.
The reverse standoff voltage (V_RWM) is 376V.
The clamping voltage (V_C) is 632.1V.
