The P4KE36 is a 400W peak pulse power TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning, ESD, and EFT events. It features a reverse stand-off voltage of 30.8V and a clamping voltage of 52.4V at a peak pulse current of 8.2A (10/1000µs waveform).
The device is unidirectional with a single channel and offers a fast response time of less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage minimum.
