The P4KE350CA is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from Littelfuse designed for general-purpose transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse stand-off voltage of 300V and a maximum clamping voltage of 482V at a peak pulse current of 850mA (10/1000µs waveform). The device can handle 400W of peak pulse power and offers a fast response time of less than 1ps.
This TVS diode is housed in a DO-204AL (DO-41) through-hole package and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. It provides ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2 and has a steady-state power dissipation of 1.5W with an infinite heat sink.
Typical applications include protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial ICT equipment, and consumer electronics. The device is RoHS3 compliant and halogen-free, with a Pb-free E3 termination finish.
