The P4KE33A is a 400W unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse, part of the P4KE series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning, ESD, and EFT events. The device offers a reverse standoff voltage of 28.2V and a maximum clamping voltage of 45.7V at a peak pulse current of 9A (10/1000μs waveform).
Key electrical characteristics include a fast response time of less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage, and a peak forward surge current rating of 60A (8.3ms half sine wave). The diode is unidirectional and has a glass passivated chip junction for reliability. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
