The P4KE300A is a 400W unidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diode from the Littelfuse P4KE series, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients including ESD, EFT, and induced lightning. It is housed in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial leaded through-hole package and is suitable for general purpose circuit protection across telecom, industrial, and consumer applications.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage (VRWM) of 256V, a nominal breakdown voltage of 300V, and a clamping voltage (Vc) of 414V at the peak pulse current.
