The P4KE250A is a 400W peak pulse power TVS diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 214V and a clamping voltage of 344V at a peak pulse current of 1.2A (10/1000μs waveform). The device is unidirectional with a single Zener channel and offers fast response time of less than 1.0ps.
This TVS diode is suitable for general purpose applications and provides ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2. It is mounted through hole in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial lead package, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The part is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
