The P4KE20CA is a 400W bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse Inc., designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning, ESD, and EFT events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 17.1V, a breakdown voltage of 19V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 27.7V at a peak pulse current of 14.8A (10/1000µs waveform).
