The P4KE15A is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode from Littelfuse designed for general purpose transient voltage suppression. It features a 12.8V reverse stand-off voltage, 21.2V clamping voltage, and 400W peak pulse power dissipation (10/1000µs waveform). The device offers fast response time typically less than 1.0 ps and low reverse leakage current ≤1 µA. It is suitable for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics.
