The P4KE150CA is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from Littelfuse Inc. designed for transient voltage suppression. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 128V and a clamping voltage of 207V, with a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W (10/1000us waveform). The device is housed in a through-hole DO-204AL (DO-41) package with axial leads for easy mounting.
