The P3500ECL is a SIDACtor protection thyristor designed for overvoltage transient protection in baseband applications such as modems, line cards, CPE, and DSL equipment. It features a breakover voltage of 320V (minimum off-state voltage 275V) and can handle a peak surge current of 400A. The device maintains a low on-state voltage of 4V maximum at 2.2A and a low capacitance of 20pF at 1MHz, minimizing signal distortion. Hold current is 150mA minimum, and switching current is 800mA maximum. The P3500ECL is housed in a through-hole TO-226-2 package (also known as TO-92-2) with a supplier device package of TO-92-3. It is RoHS3 compliant and designed to meet global telecom standards such as TIA-968 and ITU K.20/21.
