The Littelfuse P3403AAL is a SIDACtor Balanced Series protection thyristor designed for overvoltage protection in baseband equipment. It features a minimum VDRM of 300V and a maximum VDRM of 400V, with a switching voltage (VS) range of 300V to 400V at 100V/µs. The device offers a holding current of 150mA minimum and a maximum switching current of 800mA. On-state current is rated at 2.2A maximum with a typical on-state voltage of 8V at 2.2A. The part includes a 45A peak current rating and capacitance values of 20pF between pins 1-2 and 3-2, and 30pF between pins 1-3.
