The P2103AC is a SIDACtor Balanced Series protection thyristor from Littelfuse, designed for overvoltage protection in baseband equipment such as voice-DS1 interfaces. It offers balanced protection with low capacitance and low on-state voltage. Electrical characteristics include a breakover voltage range of 170V to 250V, switching voltage same range, minimum holding current of 150mA, and minimum switching current of 800mA.
