The Littelfuse P1800EAL is a SIDACtor protection thyristor designed for overvoltage transient protection in baseband equipment such as modems, line cards, CPE, and DSL. It features a minimum breakover voltage of 170V and a maximum switching voltage of 220V at 100V/µs. The device offers a holding current of 150mA minimum and a switching current of 800mA maximum, with an on-state current rating of 2.2A maximum and on-state voltage of 4V maximum at 2.2A.
