The Littelfuse P1500GBLRP is a SIDACtor protection thyristor designed for overvoltage transient protection in baseband equipment such as modems, line cards, CPE, and DSL. It features a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 140V minimum and a switching voltage (VS) of 180V maximum at 100V/µs. The device can handle a peak pulse current (IPP) of 100A minimum under a 10/1000µs waveform and has a maximum on-state current (IT) of 2.2A. The on-state voltage (VT) is 5V maximum at 2.2A. Holding current (IH) is 150mA minimum, and switching current (IS) is 800mA maximum. Capacitance ranges from 25pF to 40pF at 1MHz with 2V bias.
