The P1301CA2LRP is a fixed voltage, unidirectional SIDACtor thyristor from Littelfuse's Pxxx1Cx2L series, designed to protect Subscriber Line Interface Circuits (SLICs) from damaging overvoltage transients. It provides single-port protection with voltage switching for negative polarity surges and a clamping diode for positive polarity surges.
Key electrical specifications include a minimum off-state voltage (VDRM) of 120V at 5µA, a maximum breakover voltage (VBO) of 160V at 100V/µs, a minimum holding current of 120mA, a maximum switching current of 800mA, and a maximum on-state current of 2.2A. The on-state voltage is 4V maximum at 2.2A, and forward voltage is 5V maximum. Capacitance values are 25pF to 45pF for tip-ground/ring-ground and 15pF to 30pF for tip-ring at 1MHz with 2V bias.
