The P1200D is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Diotec Semiconductor, designed for general-purpose 50/60 Hz mains rectification, power supplies, and polarity protection. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward rectified current of 12A at TA=50°C with resistive load.
Forward voltage drop is 0.95V maximum at 12A forward current, and reverse leakage current is 10µA maximum at rated VR and 25°C. The device can handle peak forward surge currents of 400A (50Hz) and 450A (60Hz). Junction operating temperature range is -50°C to 150°C when reverse voltage is ≤80% VRRM, extending to 200°C at ≤20% VRRM.
Housed in a P600 axial through-hole package, the diode weighs approximately 1.3g and uses UL 94V-0 case material. It is supplied taped in ammo packs of 500 pieces. The component is RoHS compliant (exemption 7a), REACH compliant, and conflict minerals compliant.
