The P1100SBRP is a SIDACtor bi-directional solid state protection thyristor from Littelfuse Inc., designed for overvoltage protection in telecommunications equipment. It has a breakover voltage (V_DRM) of 90V and a switching voltage (V_S) of 130V at 100V/µs.
