The Littelfuse P1100EALRP1 is a SIDACtor protection thyristor designed for overvoltage transient protection in baseband equipment including modems, line cards, and DSL applications. It features a breakover voltage range of 90V minimum to 130V maximum at 100V/µs dV/dt, with an off-state voltage (VDRM) of 90V minimum at 5µA.
This through-hole device offers a holding current of 150mA minimum and a switching current of 800mA maximum. It can handle peak surge currents up to 2.2A and exhibits a capacitance between 30pF and 50pF (measured at 1MHz with 2V bias). The low on-state voltage (4V max) and low capacitance make it suitable for high-speed data line protection.
