The P0901CA2LRP is a fixed voltage unidirectional SIDACtor protection thyristor from Littelfuse's TwinSLIC series, designed specifically for protecting SLIC (Subscriber Line Interface Circuit) from overvoltage transients. It implements voltage switching characteristics for negative polarity surges and a clamping diode for positive polarity surges.
