The P0300SCLRP is a Littelfuse SIDACtor protection thyristor designed to protect baseband equipment such as modems, line cards, CPE, and DSL equipment from damaging overvoltage transients. It features a breakover voltage of 40V and an off-state voltage of 25V. The holding current ranges from 50mA to 800mA, and the on-state current is rated at 2.2A with a maximum on-state voltage of 4V. The device offers a peak pulse current of 50A and a surge current of 400A (0.2/310µs waveform) or 35A (10/1000µs waveform). Capacitance is between 15pF and 40pF at 1MHz. The part is housed in a surface-mount DO-214AA (SMB) package and is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and Pb-free E3. It is recognized to UL 497B as an isolated loop circuit protector and complies with global standards including TIA-968, ITU K.20/21, and IEC 61000-4-5.
