The OPT101P from Texas Instruments is a monolithic photodiode integrated with a single-supply transimpedance amplifier. This integration eliminates common discrete design issues like leakage current errors and noise pick-up. The device features a 2.29 mm x 2.29 mm photodiode that operates in photoconductive mode for excellent linearity and low dark current.
