The OPA695IDBVT is an obsolete ultra-wideband, current-feedback operational amplifier designed for high-speed instrumentation systems. It combines a high bandwidth of 1900MHz (at G = +1V/V) with an exceptional slew rate of 5000V/µs and low input voltage noise of 2nV/√Hz, delivering precision and low distortion.
This amplifier features a large-signal bandwidth of 540MHz (2VPP) and an output voltage swing of ±4.05V. It provides a high output current of ±140mA and operates over a supply voltage range of 5V to 12V. The typical supply current is 14mA at 25°C, with a shutdown current of 160µA.
The OPA695IDBVT is optimized for high gain operation and is suitable for interfacing current DAC outputs, as a gain stage in high-speed digitizers, or as a line driver for cable modems. It comes in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
Note: This part is obsolete and no longer in production. A replacement part, OPA695IDBVR, is available with upgraded functionality.
