The NZQA5V6XV5T1G from ON Semiconductor is a quad monolithic silicon voltage suppressor designed for transient overvoltage protection. It provides ESD protection meeting IEC61000-4-2 Level 4. The device features a breakdown voltage range of 5.6V to 6.8V at 1mA, a typical clamping voltage of 10.5V, and a peak pulse power rating of 100W (8x20µs).
