The NZ9F4V7ST5G is a Zener voltage regulator diode from On Semiconductor, part of the NZ9F2V4ST5G series. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 4.7V with a tolerance of ±2% and a maximum steady-state power dissipation of 250mW on an FR-5 board at 25°C. The device features a low reverse leakage current of 2µA maximum at 1V reverse voltage and a forward voltage of 0.9V maximum at 10mA forward current. It is rated for ESD protection of over 16kV per the Human Body Model (Class 3).
Packaged in a compact SOD-923 surface mount package, the diode is designed for space-constrained applications. It has a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and an operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. The device meets MSL 1 requirements for moisture sensitivity, has a lead finish of 100% matte tin, and the epoxy molding compound is rated UL 94 V-0 for flammability. The maximum reflow temperature is 260°C.
