The NZ8F10VSMX2WT5G is a Zener voltage regulator diode from On Semiconductor, part of the NZ8F series. It features a nominal breakdown voltage of 10V with a tight ±2.3% tolerance, making it suitable for precision voltage regulation applications. The device offers a maximum Zener impedance of 30Ω and a reverse leakage current of 100nA at 7V reverse voltage. Forward voltage is 900mV maximum at 10mA.
Power dissipation is rated at 250mW on an FR-4 minimum pad (1 oz. Cu) and 500mW on an FR-4 pad of 150 mm². The device can handle non-repetitive peak reverse power up to 40W (100 µs pulse). Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 415°C/W on minimum pad and 247°C/W on the larger pad. Operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
