Ideal for Discontinuous Current Mode Power Factor Correction (DCM PFC) and high frequency switched-mode power supplies. Key specifications: repetitive peak reverse voltage 600V, average forward current 4A, forward voltage 1.28V at 4A, reverse recovery time 65ns (ramp recovery) or 50ns (step recovery), non-repetitive peak forward current 110A (8.3ms) or 100A (10ms).
