The NUP4114HMR6T1G is a 4-channel ESD protection diode array designed by On Semiconductor for high-speed data line protection. It offers a reverse working voltage of 5.5 V and a clamping voltage of 10 V at 1 A peak pulse current. The device features ultra-low capacitance of 0.6 pF typical at 1 MHz, making it suitable for high-speed interfaces such as USB 2.0, HDMI, and Gigabit Ethernet. It is housed in a TSOP-6 surface mount package (6-TSOP) and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device provides IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection up to ±8 kV contact and ±15 kV air discharge. It is RoHS3 compliant, Pb-free, and halogen-free. The steering (rail-to-rail) topology ensures low clamping voltage and fast response time of less than 1 ns. This component is ideal for protecting sensitive electronics in consumer, computing, and automotive applications.
