The NUP2201MR6T1G is a low clamping voltage surge protection diode array from onsemi, designed to protect high-speed data lines from ESD, EFT, and lightning. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 20V at 8A peak pulse current (8/20µs).
This device provides IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection with 20kV air and contact discharge ratings, and can handle 40A EFT pulses per IEC 61000-4-4. With a typical capacitance of just 3pF at 1MHz, it is well-suited for high-speed communication line protection, USB 1.1 and 2.0 power and data lines, and digital video interfaces (DVI).
The NUP2201MR6T1G is housed in a surface-mount TSOP-6 package (SOT-23-6 Thin) and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 3000. It is Pb-Free and RoHS3 compliant, with a UL flammability rating of 94 V-0.
