The NUP2125WTT3G is a dual-line bidirectional TVS diode designed for ESD protection of CAN and LIN transceivers in automotive networks. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 24V, breakdown voltage range of 27V to 32V at 1mA, and clamping voltage up to 50V at 3A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform). The device can handle 200W peak pulse power per line.
ESD protection complies with IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 (±30kV contact and air discharge) and ISO 10605. The diode is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. Low reverse leakage current of 15nA typical (100nA maximum) and low capacitance of 10pF ensure minimal signal distortion.
Packaged in a compact SC-70 (SOT-323) surface-mount package, the NUP2125WTT3G is lead-free and UL 94 V-0 flammability rated. It provides two bidirectional channels, making it ideal for protecting dual data lines in CAN, CAN-FD, and LIN bus systems.
