The NUP2125WTT1G is a dual bidirectional TVS diode from On Semiconductor, specifically designed to protect CAN and LIN transceivers from ESD and other transient voltage events. It provides two bidirectional protection channels in a single SC-70 (SOT-323) package.
Key electrical specifications: reverse working voltage of 24 V maximum, breakdown voltage range of 27 V min, 28.5 V typ, 32 V max at 1 mA test current. The package is SC-70-3 (SOT-323) with surface mount mounting. The NUP2125WTT1G is Pb-Free and has a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. Applications include automotive networks such as CAN, CAN-FD, low/high-speed CAN, fault tolerant CAN, and LIN.
